I had given up eating Pad Thai at restaurants because it’s very high in carbs. According to My Fitness Pal, a plate of Chicken Pad Thai is 70g of carbs. Now that I discovered that I can substitute the noodles and sugar with low carb alternatives, I can eat this without any guilt. The best part is I can customize it anyway I want.
Panang Thai Curry
I love a nice bowl of curry. I like making this at home because it’s super easy and I can control the amount of heat that goes into it. Believe or not, I can’t handle my spices🤷🏽♀️🌶. I’m also particular about my veggies, I like it cooked but not too mushy. The only way to get it my way is to make it myself.
